I made this batik tree during a tumultuous time right before making the decision to break up with an ex. I left behind everything and everyone that led me up to that point. It was such a difficult time, turning my life around like that, and I hid this batik for years. But I'm so grateful I did it as hard as it was to endure. Now this batik stands for strength and clarity, like a tree withstanding the storm, and standing amongst the stars in a dark time.

Material is 100% quilting cotton. 4.5 oz (per square yard), and 60x60 threads per square inch. The patch measures about 7" x 9" as shown on a craft cutting board for reference.

The fabric has been pre-washed, tumble dried, and lightly ironed. It's readyfor your project as soon as it arrives.
